Cancellation policy

A consumer has up to 10 minutes after placing an order to cancel it.


To cancel the order

Go to My Account, access your dashboard, and see your current order to cancel. On currently processing orders, a Cancel button with a countdown timer will be visible. To cancel the order, click the Cancel option and enter your reason for cancellation. The order will be removed from your Orders Processing after cancellation.

Cancellation is not assured if done after the 10-minute grace time has passed, as the order may have already delivered. Please refer to the Return Policy at that moment. If the 10-minute grace period has expired, please contact Customer Service at to cancel an order.
