Shipping Confirmation 

Once order is is in processing it will likely be shipped within 24-48 hours. A shipment confirmation mail will be E-mailed to customers with an order tracking number. If there is any query regarding order customer can directly contact us or chat us on helpline number.

Delivery times

In most cases, once we received your payment, we promptly ship order within 24-48 hours of placing it. The delivery times entirely depend on the postal or shipping agencies. However, please allow up to 10 To 15 days for order to arrive. Customer will be contacted if the order is likely to take any longer. To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery of orders, please make sure to include the COMPLETE postal address with the correct PIN/ZIP CODE. We will not be responsible for any postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings.

If customer not available at the time of delivery, a notice will be left advising the attempted delivery and how to schedule redelivery of item or at which post office order is being held for collection. In most cases, they will hold them there for 4 weeks before they are returned to us.

In case, if customs hold order for pending import duties, they could hold order for 3-21 days before contacting

If customer will not receive their order within the standard delivery time. Please allow us an additional 7 days to establish whether your order is delayed simply, held by customs or indeed lost.


Shipment mode

All our orders are packaged and shipped to our customer by Express Mail Service. We will send customer an email regarding the shipment of order, as soon as the items are handed over to the shipping company, along with the Consignment number/tracking no under which it has been shipped. Please note that not every shipment is traceable, at least not right away. Shipments are generally traceable only after they have cleared country’s customs department.
